ADA — Miss Ohio, Elissa McCracken, didn’t make it to the semifinal round of Saturday’s Miss America competition, but she’s already been crowned a winner at Ohio Northern University.
The senior pharmacy major from Waynesburg, Pa., competed all week, but failed to make the final 16 contestants to move on during the televised contest Saturday night.
